FRANCHISE MODEL

Every city has been divided in to different geographic zones. Each zone has one Master Franchise (MF). Under every MF there will be a network of several Franchises (F) and Sub Franchises. MF should have following facilities for smooth functioning of the business.
Office:


  • Furnished office with area of 350 to 500 sqft well ventilated with fans or AC
  • Two or more computers / laptops
  • Operational Landline
  • Reception desk with computer and printer
  • Internet with Wi-Fi
  • Fingerprint scanner (1 scanner is provided by ICES, if more required can be bought from ICES)
  • Attached washroom
  • Waiting area for parents and potential customers with good sitting arrangement
  • Water dispenser with filter
  • Inverter
  • Sitting arrangement for Relationship Manager and Marketing people
  • Cabin for Master Franchise or High Officials of ICES or Meeting room

    • Classrooms:


  • Halls of 300 – 400 sqft with benches
  • Staff room for teaching faculty with computers for database entry and water dispenser with filter
  • White board
  • White board markers
  • Dusters
  • Proper ventilation with fans or AC
  • Inverter
  • Sufficient light

    • Courses and Programs that can be conducted at Master Franchise Premises:
    Courses that can be conducted at MF premises can be discussed at the time of agreement and will be finalized based on actually usable area available at the premises and the time schedules of the courses to be conducted.
