Every city has been divided in to different geographic zones. Each zone has one Master Franchise (MF). Under every MF there will be a network of several Franchises (F) and Sub Franchises(SF). MF should have following facilities for smooth functioning of the business.

Courses that can be conducted at MF premises can be discussed at the time of agreement and will be finalized based on actually usable area available at the premises and the time schedules of the courses to be conducted.

- Relationship Manager (on ICES payment) to manage the centre
- Trained Faculty (on ICES payment) for teaching all the courses
